Swapping summer blooms for autumn hues 🍁🌾 Lo

Swapping summer blooms for autumn hues 🍁🌾 Loving the fall vibes these planters bring to my front porch.

Already in the planters are:
-Sword Ferns
-Vinca (2 in each)

Then I took out my impatiens (replanted them in the yard for the time being, they are annuals but I couldn’t get rid of them just yet) and added in fall color:

-Miz America mustard in the center in front of the fern
-heuchera aka Coral Bells on either side (1 Southern Comfort and 1 Berry Smoothie variety in each pot) in front of each vinca
-3 silverdust aka Dusty Miller in the middle

All of these plants will last through the fall & winter here (zone 7) I am told!

I’m no pro gardener but I am loving turning into a full-on plant lady🙂 & learning a lot as I go! Follow along because I’ll continue to share my planter arrangements!

Some habits are big & some are small but I’ve no

Some habits are big & some are small but I’ve noticed these make me feel more put together & productive as a stay at home working mom of 3🫶🏼 they just help put me in the right state of mind to knock out that to-do list!

1. Working out - have been trying to get back into being an AM workout girly
2. Getting ready - dressed, a little makeup, and some jewelry. victoriaemerson is my daily go-to!
3. Writing out my to do list - so I can figure out the most efficient way to get things done!
4. Doing a quick clean/tidying up - I find the mess and clutter to be distracting so I work better when it’s clean!
5. Lighting a candle - just had a nice calming & focusing effect. Then I get to work!
