Hey loves! Today I have a favorite waistline and booty workout for you. I can't do a few of these moves right now due to pregnancy, such as the woodchops and the elbow to knee plank move, but the standing oblique pulls and side planks continue to be a favorite of mine and such a great way to work your obliques (the muscles that run up and down that waistline) to keep those strong.Read More

Weekly Workout Schedule + Maternity Activewear
I've officially received my first pair of maternity activewear leggings and I have to be honest, the extra bump support is SO GOOD. These are from Ingrid&Isabel and I love the cross panel in the back, it provides a lot of support and is more fitting with the pregnant body than regular leggings! I have some space to grow into too, so that's nice :)Read More
Baby Girl’s Name Reveal
So originally, our plan with baby girl's name was to keep it a secret. We wanted to wait until she was born to share the name and honestly I'm not really even sure when or why we decided it, we just kinda did. I can't say either of us felt super strongly about keeping it a secret and I knew deep down if enough people kept pressing me, I'd probably give in. I think the only reason I was nervous to share was to get people's opinions when I don't want them that would make us not feel good about her name anymore. For some reason random people feel the need to give you their two cents and for some reason it's frowned upon to tell them you don't care what they think ;) . But really, Craig and I loved her name and knew that no matter what anyone said, ultimately it only mattered that we loved it.Read More
Polka Dot Racerback Maternity Maxi Dress
Okay so I have to admit I'm a little excited that my growing bump means that I get to purchase some new maternity clothing to fit it :) Knowing that I'll be at the height of my pregnancy in late spring and summer, that means DRESSES are going to be my new BFF. This Polka Dot Racerback Maternity Maxi Dress from Ingrid & Isabel is definitely going to be a go-to until baby girl gets here!! Y'all, the material is the softest, lightweight, stretchy material. Its flowy and I just love the little ruffle detail and the V-neck! The v-neck crossover is also nursing friendly so I may even be wearing it after birth! You can pretty much wear it to any occasion, too.Read More
