I’ve had my Horizon T303 Treadmill for about 9 months now and so I felt I’ve given it an adequate amount of time to write my thoughts on it! So in this post I’ll be giving you my Horizon T303 Treadmill review! This post is not sponsored by Horizon and I bought the treadmill myself after doing research on different kinds, just so you are aware. I appreciate your support and I hope you find this review helpful!
Horizon T303 Treadmill Review
Before we dive in, let me preface this review by saying that I have been on a lot of treadmills in my lifetime. From conditioning for soccer for over a decade to the various gym memberships I had in my twenties, I’ve inevitably been on many a tread. So when I decided that I wanted to have one for our Home Garage Gym, a name that instantly stuck out to me was Horizon. I knew that they were professional gym-quality machines, and so they were definitely up there in my search.
I also knew what I wanted, and that was a treadmill that was quality, was comfortable, not too big, could go fast and give me a decent incline, and one that would not break the bank. Not trying to take out a second mortgage to pay for a treadmill, am I right?! Horizon seemed to check all of those boxes. I did not need nor want a treadmill that offered classes (even though Horizon does offer the ability to stream classes with their Studio Series models) so I set my sights on their Go Series treads.
After reading through the three different Go Series treads (T101, T202, and T303) and what they had to offer, I decided to go with the top line model, the T303. They are all very similar, but a notable difference is the T101 is shorter than the other two, being 5 inches shorter on the treadmill deck. Since my husband and I are taller, I felt like the longer options would be better since we likely have longer strides. I’m sharing a chart from the website that shows the spec differences in the 3 models.
The speed and incline on the T202 and T303 are the same as well, with a 0-12 mph speed and 0-12% incline. The T202 actually was my initial inclination to get, but it was on backorder when I went to order. I have zero patience 🙂 so I ended up getting the T303 because it was available AND on sale at the time, and ended up being less than what I was expecting to pay for the T202 anyways.
I have been extremely happy with the T303 treadmill! I run and/or incline walk on it several times per week, and I’m sure that’s only going to go up as we get into the cold winter months! It has especially helped as a busy work at home/stay at home mom to have the option to jump on that in a time crunch. If you’re worried about space, the T101 model is smaller so maybe look into that one! It still goes up to 10mph speed and 10% incline.
I got a little TV and wall mounted it in front of the treadmill so I can watch that while I workout! AKA that’s when I catch up on my Bravo reality guilty pleasure TV shows, ha. I LOVE all the little compartments and holders it has…there’s room for my huge water bottle and my phone and the TV remote, and whatever other things I feel necessary to bring to the treadmill. It’s a big pet peeve of mine when cardio machines don’t have a spot to put anything so having all this space is the best. It also has a fan on it which is *delightful* when you are sweating through a workout.
I also like to do interval workouts on the treadmill, so I really like having the quick custom interval keys to hit speed & incline and not have to hold down an “+” or “-” button.
And I felt this review was timely because Horizon is having their Black Friday sale going on right now and I think if you’ve been in the market, what a better time than when it is on SALE!! If you get the same model that I have, it is $400 off MSRP right now, which is the biggest discount of the Go Series models. Also, that includes free shipping AND free set up, which I did not get but that would have been amazing! Craig & I put the treadmill together ourselves in a couple hours and it wasn’t hard (def a 2 person job), but obviously having someone else put it together for you for free would have been even better!

I love the freedom it gives me to help me still get in a good workout despite busy schedules, mom life, cold and/or bad weather, etc. It’s also the perfect training partner with my Besst Workouts – Weekly Workouts. I will be sharing more cardio interval type workouts as options in 2022 and so having equipment to help with that is perfect.
