Okay y’all it is official: we are FINALLY going to be having another workout challenge after not doing one since the spring. The Besst Workouts Fall Challenge will kick off next Monday, September 27th and go for 4 weeks! I want you to challenge yourself first & foremost to commit to this for those 4 weeks. You will be doing it with a great group of women & will have the chance of winning prizes at the end! I’ll be sharing more info about the prizes on Instagram this week once I finalize them. I want them to be both fall & fitness inspired 🙂
To be eligible to win any of the prizes, you must be a member of Besst Workouts and actively participating in the challenge! I’ll share posts on Instagram you can earn entries, and you can earn additional entries every day by sharing your completed workouts (whether it be a sweaty selfie, gym set up, watch pic, etc.) on your Instagram stories and tagging me @besshcarter and @besstworkouts. That’s it!
You can follow either the High Impact Plan or the Low Impact Program (or a combination of both, whatever suits you!) during this challenge. I just want you to feel inspired to move, breathe, enjoy the fresh fall air, and make the most of your month with a team full of likeminded ladies.
Sign up today by going to www.besstworkouts.com and selecting a membership option. Then head over to the App Store or Google Play store and download the Besst Workouts app! Use your login credentials from the website to log in and you’ll be ready to go.
PS- All of the Besst Workouts cardio workouts are “choose your own” meaning you can walk, bike, hike, run, etc. Whatever you want! If you’d like more guidance on running -specifically if you’re a beginner- I highly recommend The Rookie Runner program. It will have you consistently running those miles (& loving it) in just 2 months. It would be an excellent companion to your fall challenge line up!
