I am super excited to officially announce that the Besst Workouts App has a new program: The Low Impact Program! This is something that y’all have been asking for so I’m glad it’s finally here!
The first workout of the Low Impact Program will be Monday, September 20th, 2021.
The Low Impact Program: What’s Included
The Low Impact Program is going to be a more low-to-moderate program in terms of intensity, but it will be “low impact”, meaning very little-to-no jumping or any moves that pound on those joints. There will be two “3×3” circuit workouts per week, two low intensity cardio workouts per week, one optional yoga workout per week, and 2-3 rest days per week.
As always, the workouts come with video demonstrations, and the yoga workout is a follow-along style video.
How to Get the Program
To get the Besst Workouts Low Impact Program, you simply need to be a member of the Besst Workouts Weekly Workout subscription! If you’re already a member, the program will automatically show up in your calendar! With your membership, you will get the new Low Impact Program as well as the original High Intensity program. You can follow one program solely, or you can feel free to mix & match the workouts from both programs to customize your week!
