Alright after a couple weeks off from the blog and What I Ate Wednesday, we are back! I started the morning with my usual cup of coffee before my workout.
Post workout I had breakfast….2 Van’s protein waffles (they’re in the freezer section of the grocery store) with peanut butter, honey, and blueberries.
I was on a cancellation list to see a Physical Therapist for my neck and got a text that I could go in for an appointment at noon, so while I was planning on making a salad for lunch with grilled chicken (leftover from last night’s dinner) I instead made a quick turkey sandwich with mayo and spinach. If you saw my Instagram stories you know I’m a weirdo and have to take off the top crust of my bread…I don’t eat that part. Never have haha I know it’s strange!
After the appointment I had some almond crackers and a packet of salmon….I have been LOVING this combo lately for a snack.

Post-park I was hungry but didn’t want to ruin my dinner, so I had a banana to tide me over! You know what one of those look like, lol. Didn’t snap a pic.
For dinner we had Morey’s Smoky BBQ Salmon (I found this in the freezer section also, it’s wild caught and you can either grill or bake it) paired with quinoa and roasted carrots.
Dessert: A piece of Dove dark chocolate!
