A new WIAW for ya!
Breakfast: Coffee before my workout and then I had oatmeal with a cup of vanilla yogurt, sliced banana, scoop of peanut butter, and honey. I LOVE this combo….it has complex carbs, healthy fats, and protein.
Mid-morning snack: BUILT bar (use code BESS for a discount)
Lunch: The usual. Although today I did put some Cholula’s hot sauce on it and WOW. So good.
Afternoon snack: Cheese & Sweet Potato Chips (x2)
I normally would have had another snack in the afternoon but we were running around doing some errands and I just decided to wait for dinner.
Dinner: WELL….I originally was going to share my Easy Turkey & Veggie Bowl w/ Veggie Pasta Sauce that I love but after getting a bad package of ground turkey last night (I didn’t eat it, however I tasted it and promptly spit it back out, I’ll spare you the rest of the details) I was NOT feeling making ground turkey tonight lol. It might be a minute before I can make that again. So instead, I had to make up a dinner on the spot just with some things I had in the freezer/fridge/pantry. Brown rice, broccoli, and chicken sausage all thrown together in a bowl. Not the most glamorous meal but it was still good.
Dessert: FROYO. Heck yes. (Disclaimer, this is actually last week’s froyo, but I’m trying to publish this post so I can shower & be done with work for the day so I can enjoy my froyo in bed LOL. I’ll share it on IG stories!! I’m sure it’ll be mostly the same, I’m a creature of habit. I also LOVE Heath toffee on my froyo.
