Breakfast: When I woke up this morning I was starvingggg for some reason but I had about 10 minutes before I had to get Emma up…so I threw some toast in the toaster & topped with cream cheese. I do eat this for breakfast a couple times a week…I love cream cheese 🙂 Also had my usual coffee & collagen combo.
2nd Breakfast: LOL. I had this around 11am. If you saw my Instagram stories you know waited too long after eating to do my workout. I was so lethargic and hungry. So…after my workout I had this delicious bowl: oatmeal, Two Good vanilla yogurt, peanut butter, banana, & honey. DROOLING.
Lunch: the standard. Mixed Greens w/ Air Fried Chicken Nuggets + Bolthouse Farms Ranch. Then had a Watermelon Outshine popsicle for dessert while I enjoyed the sunshine in the backyard for a bit 🙂
Snack: Raspberry Cheesecake BUILT bar!! These are new and they are SOOO GOOOD. Each flavor is a little different in terms of nutrition stats if you care, but per bar they are roughly 140 calories, 17g of protein, & are delicious. You can use code BESS at checkout for 10% off your purchase of BUILT bars. Click here to shop this one and the other flavors! My favorite flavors are Coconut and German Chocolate Cake….and Raspberry Cheesecake. They have so many delicious flavors.
2nd afternoon snack: Smoothie! Made with unsweetened vanilla almond milk, frozen mango, banana, strawberries, peanut butter, protein powder, & spinach
Dinner: Foil Baked Salmon & Veggies! (sorry about this low quality photo) I used asparagus and zucchini. This is literally the easiest dinner…just wrap it all up in tin foil, season however you’d like (this time I did olive oil, salt, pepper, & Italian seasoning) and bake on 450 degrees for about 20 minutes or until salmon is flaky. Can’t beat how easy it is to cook OR to clean up! Just throw the tin foil away…done! Then I had another watermelon popsicle for dessert…honestly I’m addicted to them!!
Okay see ya next week 🙂
xo,
Bess
