Breakfast: Oatmeal with peanut butter & blueberries + coffee with collagen & unsweetened vanilla almond milk w/ a splash of oatmeal cookie oat milk.
Early Lunch: Egg scramble with 3 eggs and 2 egg whites + mixed greens + shredded cheese + hot sauce // also had 3 pieces of turkey bacon that I did not snap of picture of!

Afternoon snack #2: Didn’t take a picture but had some veggie sticks and cheese with Emma…and a handful of her chocolate chip bunny graham snacks 🙂
Dinner: I found this recipe on Pinterest for a Chicken Bacon Ranch Sheet Pan dinner and it looked easy (check), delicious (check), and pretty healthy (check)! I swapped out regular bacon and used turkey bacon instead. It was super quick to make and soooo yummy. Will definitely be making again!
Dessert: Another watermelon Outshine popsicle…I am addicted!
