- Collagen – I initially started using this kind because my OB/GYN recommended it after I had Emma and was experiencing postpartum hair loss. It might have helped the hair a little bit, but that’s primarily controlled by your hormones so there’s not a whole lot you can necessarily do about it. That being said, I noticed a HUGE difference in my nails when I started taking the collagen regularly. I just do one scoop a day and put it into my coffee!
- Olive & June Nail Strengthener – this stuff is legit! I love that it’s easy to swipe on your nails each day…because it’s not like a polish where it needs time to dry, it just goes on & absorbs quickly. Those are my top 3 tips for strong, healthy nails! Of course its important to make sure you’re eating a balanced diet & drinking enough water and all that good stuff…but these are things you can add in that really make a big difference!
