Warmer weather is around the corner I CAN FEEL IT y’all. It’s the perfect time for a little 4 week challenge to prep for shorts & sundress season! I plan on doing a longer challenge closer to Summer, but this 4 week challenge during the month of April will set us up nicely heading into that. The Besst Workouts Spring Challenge will start on Monday, April 5th and be 4 weeks long, ending on Saturday, May 1st.
Besst Workouts Spring Challenge Info
To sign up for the challenge, you simply need to be a member of the Besst Workouts app! If you only want to join for the challenge, that’s fine! You would just want to sign up for the monthly subscription and then cancel before the next billing cycle. You will still have access to the month you pay for! he Spring Challenge is going to be 4 weeks of challenging, but doable, workouts & nutrition. We are all going to be sweating it out together and fueling our bodies properly so we are going to not only be stronger & fitter at the end of the 4 weeks but we are going to FEEL amazing and confident from sticking with these workouts, which is the most important!
The Spring Challenge is a little different from the monthly subscription in that we are going to have some additional strength training and cardio challenges embedded throughout the month to push us a little more. This is not how I would recommend working out all the time as it’s not something maintainable for long periods and can lead to burn out, but for 4 weeks we are going to give ourselves a little extra push.
Regarding nutrition, we are going to focus on properly fueling ourselves for these workouts and for results. It will not involve counting or tracking anything…I want to encourage you to eat intuitively but ALSO with that, knowing what nutrition will best serve your body and work cohesively with all the hard work you are putting into your workouts!
The manual that comes with the Spring Challenge will outline all of this!
By joining the Besst Workouts App, you will gain access to the private Facebook group for members-only members only to serve as a place we can all come together to chat, lift one another up, share tips & tricks, recipes, and overall just hold one another accountable!! Please feel free to post questions or discussion topics, to check in from your workout, or to simply share some motivation or inspiration to the group. The TEAM aspect of this app is one I really want to leverage for us all. Growing up an athlete I know how much that team mentality & sense of belonging can really contribute to your success.
PRIZES
Of course there will be PRIZES! Because what’s a challenge without a little extra incentive?! I will be doing weekly prizes and even some spontaneous daily prizes for challenge participants including clothings, gift cards, workout gear, and other items I like that I think you would like, too! To be eligible you will just need to “like” and comment on my photos on Instagram on my @besshcarter account and also share your workout, sweaty selfies, meal pictures, etc. on your Instagram stories! I will keep track of those who do these things, so the more you post & tag me, the better chance you have of winning a prize!
