Makes 2 pineapple jalapeño margaritas.
- 5 oz tequila
- 3 jalapeños, sliced (use more or less depending on how spicy you want it!)
- 4 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz lime sparkling water
- 1.5 oz triple sec
- 1.5 oz lime juice
- ice
- salt or tajin to rim glass
Muddle jalapeño slices to squeeze out juice then add ice & tequila. Shake or stir, then add remaining ingredients. Rim glass with salt or tajin (highlight recommend the tajin for this particular margarita but I was out! Have just ordered more). Pour into glass, garnish with a lime or jalapeño slice! Cheers!
