I have to be honest, shoulders are one of those things I *love*…on guys and girls alike! I think they just make someone look so confident and strong. I love working them out too! I’ve compiled a few of my favorite moves into this sexy shoulders workout…all you need is a pair of dumbbells. I know a lot of people are working from home and also working OUT from home now that many gyms are closing due to COVID-19…but y’all know I have always been a proponent and lover of at-home workouts and I always recommend just having a pair of dumbbells and a yoga mat at home! With those items, you will be able to do every single workout I ever put out!
