When I’m especially in a hurry, I like to try to knock out out my workout quickly but don’t want to compromise a good sweat sesh. The key to this? Get that heart rate up and keep it up! (Of course, take breaks when needed.) Do this by mixing in cardio along with your strength exercises. My favorite? The burpee. I know, I know, I’m a freak. But I think I love them so much because they are effective! And, insider secret: I only do sets of 10-15 burpees MAX at a time (usually 10), so it’s easier to wrap my head around and I’m not dreading doing hundreds of them, LOL.
