I love a good old mix of cardio & core moves. This is a feel-good workout! I mean, you’ll still feel the burn but it’ll feel so good! After each round of this workout, do 2 minutes of cardio of your choice. If you’re at a gym and can hop on a treadmill, do that and run for 2 minutes. You may be doing this at home in your living room, in which case I’d recommend jumping rope or running in place/high knees for 2 minutes. Just keep that heart rate up! Then you can take a rest before starting the next circuit, but as always, rest as needed even if not listed. Just do the best you can!
