One of my favorite workouts to do includes incorporating different plyometric (jumping) moves and punches. Kickboxing is always kind of fun and this is a way to combine both at home! I like to hold light dumbells (about 2 pounds each) in my hands with the punches because it adds a little extra resistance and really sculpts out those arms!
