Short on time? The 20-minute workout is the workout for you. Set your timer for 20 minutes and then go through this circuit as many times as you can until time is up! Really you can use this workout for any amount of time. Only have 15 minutes? Set the timer for 15. Make it work for your schedule. Work hard since it’s a short workout to get your heart rate up! Take breaks as needed!
