This workout is one of my favorites…and sneakily hard!! Try to do it at least 5x through, or more if you are feeling good and want to keep challenging yourself! If you really wanna take it up a notch, try doing this 5x through, then running 1-2 miles, then doing this 5x through again. Tag me on Instagram @besshcarter if you do so I can see!!
