Here’s today’s POWER PUMP Circuit Workout! Complete 3-5x through. If you are a beginner, just start with 1-2x through and work your way up!
- SQUAT TO PRESS WITH ALTERNATING PUNCHES, 20 reps
- REAR FLYE WITH BOOTY KICKBACK, 12 reps per side
- KNEE TO ELBOW PLANKS, 40 reps, 20 per side
- PLIE SQUAT WITH UPRIGHT ROW, 15 reps
- CROSS TOE TOUCH SQUAT JUMPS, 20 reps (10 per side)
