I got back to running last week and one of the first things I noticed as I “checked in” with my body to see how I was feeling was that I was definitely going to need to get some more supportive sports bras for running and working out. I have been a small B cup my whole life but now that I’m nursing, I can’t get away with wearing my same bras as before! So I polled y’all on Instagram about what supportive sports bras you loved and I got so many recommendations. I had a lot of you also request that I share the results, so I figured it would be easy if I just put it here in a list that you can reference. Many of these were recommended various times, and so after going through and reading reviews etc. I decided to go with the Lululemon Run Times Bra, this one from Old Navy, and the Brooks Juno bra. I will let you know when I get them how I like them and how they perform/feel! Stay tuned for reviews on them…and if they aren’t great I have more on the list here I’ll try out!
