- WEIGHTED OBLIQUE TWISTS, 24 REPS (12 PER SIDE)
- ALTERNATING CHEST PRESS TOE TOUCH CRUNCH, 24 REPS (12 PER SIDE)
- V-SITS WITH ALTERNATING PUNCH, 40 REPS (20 PER SIDE)
- STRAIGHT LEG SIT UPS, 15 REPS
