Hi friends! Hope your week & weekend have been going well. I have another week of workouts coming up for ya! I have mostly been walking…last week I did just one strength training session from my Pregnancy Fitness Guide. I have had some major fatigue setting in so I’m not trying to burn all my energy in these last weeks on workouts but instead save some energy for labor! The guide does help you sort of “taper” off towards the end which is what I’ve found myself doing naturally anyways. Our bodies just know what to do if we listen!
Lots of walking is fine with me…it is what I’ve felt like doing and I’ve enjoyed the long, slow walks listening to podcasts. It helps me feel more centered and it does certainly help me pass the time, too!

Here are your workouts for the week…
Weekly Workout Schedule
Monday: At Home Cardio Workout + No Crunches Core Workout
Tuesday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice. I like to walk or do a spin class on these days.
Wednesday: New Workout coming for Workout Wednesday! Check the blog on Wed to grab your workout, or click here to subscribe to receive the printable workouts directly to your inbox each week.
Thursday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice. I like to walk or do a spin class on these days.
Friday: Legs & Cardio Circuit + Triceps, Back, & Booty Circuit
Saturday: 45-60 minutes cardio of your choice. I like to walk or do a spin class on these days, or sometimes a long hike! I add about 15 extra minutes in just because I feel like I have more time on the weekends for some extra exercise!
Sunday: rest day or a nice easy walk!
