Happy Sunday, loves! I am a little late getting this post up…my apologies! I thought I had pre-scheduled one to go up like I normally do but apparently I did not. OOPS. But it’s still up on the normal day so hopefully it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience 🙂 Below is the workout schedule for all you ladies who aren’t preggo…and if you ARE, did you see my announcement? In case you missed it, my Pregnancy Fitness Guide is now available!! I’m so excited to share the workouts I’ve been doing to train for a strong pregnancy, labor, and motherhood.
WEEKLY WORKOUT SCHEDULE
Monday: At Home Cardio Workout (3x) + No Crunches Core Workout (3x)
Tuesday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice. I like to walk or do a spin class on these days.
Wednesday: New Workout coming for Workout Wednesday! Check the blog on Wed to grab your workout, or click here to subscribe to receive the printable workouts directly to your inbox each week.
Thursday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice. I like to walk or do a spin class on these days.
Friday: HIIT + Strength Workout
Saturday: 45-60 minutes cardio of your choice. I like to walk or do a spin class on these days, or sometimes a long hike! I add about 15 extra minutes in just because I feel like I have more time on the weekends for some extra exercise!
Sunday: rest day or a nice easy walk!
