I love cardio workouts because I love to get my heart rate up and really sweat. Running is usually my cardio of choice, but some times I just want to be able to do something in my house. So I’m sharing a great workout you can do in your living room for some cardio!! The At Home Cardio Workout for today is below. Complete 3-5x through. If you are a beginner, just start with 1-2x through and work your way up!
- Skaters, 1 minute
- Plie Squat Jumps, 15 reps
- Plank hold, hold as long as you can! Improve each time!
- Back lunge with front kick, 15 per side
- High knee runs, 30 seconds
