Here’s the Total Body Tone Workout for today! Complete 3-5x through. If you are a beginner, just start with 1-2x through and work your way up!
- Back lunge with knee in, 15 reps per side
- Weighted squat jumps, 30 seconds
- Glute Bridges, 20 reps
- Alternating Dumbbell Toe Touch Butterfly Crunches, 20 reps total
- Burpees, 10 reps
