Happy (new workout) Wednesday! I’ve gotten some requests for an arms-only workout so today’s is just that. You will feel the burn so fast (or I do, at least!) and this circuit will really sculpt those lean, strong arms. These are some of my favorite go-to moves! I recommend lighter weights for the weight runs and the arm circles!
Here’s the Arms Sculpt Workout for today! Complete 3-5x through. If you are a beginner, just start with 1-2x through and work your way up!
- Weight Runs, 30 seconds per side
- Chair Pose Squat Hold with Arm Circles, 30 seconds
- In & Out Shoulder Presses, 20 reps total (10 in, 10 out)
- Hammer Curls, 20 reps
- Pushups, 10 reps
