Hey friends! Does it feel like summer where you are or not yet? Pretty sure we are in full blown summer mode here in Charlotte. And by that I mean it won’t get cooler again until maybe November, lol. But it will FOR SURE get hotter. So I’m living in all the tank tops & cotton dresses…and of course trying to do my workouts in the air conditioning or in the early AM or later in the evening so it’s not scorching.
I love this Adidas tank because it’s one of my favorites for activewear, athleisure, and casual wear alike. I like to wear it over my dresses, like this one, to accentuate the bump, too and give me a little edgy, sporty look. My slip on sneakers below are some of my favorites…they feel like you are walking on a cloud! They’re under $50 and I found they fit true to size after trying on my size and a half size down. I have a slightly wider foot, so I got my normal size. If you have a more narrow foot, I’d say size down a half size and you should be good!!

WEEKLY WORKOUT SCHEDULE
Monday: Legs & Cardio Circuit Workout
Tuesday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice. I like to walk or do a spin class on these days.

Thursday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice. I like to walk or do a spin class on these days.
Friday: Arms & Back Blast Workout
Saturday: 45-60 minutes cardio of your choice. I like to walk or do a spin class on these days, or sometimes a long hike! I add about 15 extra minutes in just because I feel like I have more time on the weekends for some extra exercise!
Sunday: rest day or a nice easy walk!
