Happy Hump Day friends. Today I have a great legs & cardio workout for ya. This is a PERFECT workout when you are short on time and want to burn a bunch of calories. And those leg muscles are the biggest muscles we have, so they burn more calories while at rest. win-win!
Here’s the LEGS & CARDIO CIRCUIT Workout for today! Complete 3-5x through. If you are a beginner, just start with 1-2x through and work your way up!
- BACK LUNGE WITH KNEE IN HOP, 12 REPS PER SIDE
- ALTERNATING CURTSY LUNGE W/ TOE TOUCH TO PLIE SQUAT W/ T-RAISE, 20 REPS TOTAL
- SKATERS, 30 SECONDS
- ROMANIAN DEADLIFTS (RDLs), 15 REPS
- ALTERNATING TOE TOUCH JUMP SQUATS, 10 PER SIDE
