Hi people! I hope you’ve had a beautiful weekend. It is starting to get HOT in Charlotte but that’s to be expected. I’m surprised it isn’t already scorching! Really quickly I wanted to share the bellyband I got for walking to support the bump, then below is the workout schedule!
So you might remember I mentioned I can’t really run anymore these days so I’ve been doing long walks instead. By the end of my walks I was feeling like I needed to hold my belly up like it just started to feel so heavy, so I did some research, took suggestions from you all on Instagram, and decided on this one because it seemed to be the best combination of quality, good reviews, and price point.
I have been liking it so far! I only wear it during walks. I find I don’t need it during strength training workouts but you could wear it then if you needed it!
Also, keep an eye out on IG this week, I’m going to be sharing some of my go-to pregnancy strength training moves in videos on my Instagram. Not sure what day yet 🙂 But will def be this week. Y’all give me a lot of feedback that you enjoy these types of video demonstrations so I will keep them coming! Also, these are a good sneak peek at my pregnancy program that’s coming soon. Everything can be done from home, which is where I do basically all of my workouts!
WEEKLY WORKOUT SCHEDULE
Monday: Legs for Days Workout
Tuesday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice. I like to walk or do a spin class on these days.
Wednesday: New Workout coming for Workout Wednesday! Check the blog on Wed to grab your workout, or click here to subscribe to receive the printable workouts directly to your inbox each week.
Thursday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice. I like to walk or do a spin class on these days.
Friday: Quick Calorie Torch Workout + Finish with the Only Abs Workout!
Saturday: 45-60 minutes cardio of your choice. I like to walk or do a spin class on these days. I add about 15 extra minutes in just because I feel like I have more time on the weekends for some extra exercise!
Sunday: rest day or a nice easy walk!
