Happy hump day beauties! Per request, today I have an ONLY ABS workout for ya! I love to work abs and love feeling the burn, but just remember moves like this are toning and building muscles in your abdominals, but to really show off the definition, it’s best to pair with good nutrition practices! Of course I never mean you should deprive yourself of anything, but on the whole, drinking lots of water, eating lots of green veggies, lean proteins, & healthy fats.

Here’s the ONLY ABS Workout for today! This is a PERFECT workout to pair with a cardio workout. I love to pair cardio & abs! Complete 3-5x through. If you are a beginner, just start with 1-2x through and work your way up!
- ALTERNATING SPRINTER CRUNCHES, 10 REPS PER SIDE
- RUSSIAN TWISTS, 15 PER SIDE
- STRAIGHT LEG SIT UPS, 15 REPS
- OBLIQUE CRUNCHES, 20 PER SIDE
- LOWER ABS LEG LIFTS & LOWERS, 20 REPS
