On today’s episode we are joined by Caitlin of Her Atlas, a blog and Instagram that encourages women to Explore, Sweat, & Nourish. Caitlin is currently in San Diego and shares so many great local finds from restaurants to hiking, and on top of that shares a healthy, balanced lifestyle. She won’t be in San Diego for long, though, because spoiler alert…she and her hubby are moving to Japan!! Caitlin is SO fun to follow on IG…her stories crack me up on the daily but she’s also so real and isn’t afraid to show vulnerability, which makes her all the more relatable.
Also, her dance parties with her cute dog, Gus, are the best! She has an amazing passion for life and it’s so evident just by looking at her gorgeous photos but it really comes out when you watch her stories and get to know her. I just know you’ll be inspired by Caitlin’s energy and I’m excited to chat with her today about her big move abroad, making friends in new cities, how to grow an authentic audience on social media, and how to make money on Instagram even if you have a smaller following. Lastly, since its Mental Health Awareness Month, we will chat about dealing with anxiety and tips for that, whether it’s something that happens to you or someone you know! I hope you all enjoy today’s episode!!
