Here’s the Triceps, Back, & Booty Workout for today! Complete 5x through. If you are a beginner, just start with 1-2x through and work your way up!
- ALTERNATING FRONT LUNGES WITH REAR FLYES, 1O PER SIDE
- PLANK TO BOOTY KICKBACK, 12 PER SIDE
- TRICEPS KICKBACKS WITH BOOTY KICKBACK, 12 PER SIDE
- SUPERMANS, 20 REPS
- GLUTE HIP LIFTS WITH TRICEPS EXTENSIONS, 20 REPS
