Your quads, booty, and shoulders will be on fire after this but that just means it’s working! 😉 You can thank me a couple days later, once the soreness subsides!! Just remember, change is uncomfortable and this is making you stronger!!
Here’s the Legs & Shoulders Workout for today! Complete 5x through. If you are a beginner, just start with 1-2x through and work your way up!
- CROSS PUNCHES IN SQUAT, 10 reps per side
- CHAIR POSE SQUAT WITH ARM CIRCLES, 30 seconds
- SQUAT TO PRESS, 15 reps
- PLIE SQUAT WITH UPRIGHT ROWS, 15 reps
- ALTERNATING CURTSY LUNGE WITH SIDE RAISE, 10 reps per side
