I’m so excited to share Emma’s future bedroom in today’s nursery reveal post!! I personally have always gravitated more towards neutrals when it comes to home decor, so I knew I wanted it to have a white/beige/tan/gold base and then I was going for a dusty rose/mauve and light blush for the accent colors. I also wanted it to have a bohemian vibe, really airy and light. I seriously LOVE how it turned out!!
The entire theme for the nursery all sort of fell into place in my imagination when I saw this wild horse wall art from World Market. I didn’t end up getting that one, but it just gave me the vision for the what I wanted! I have always loved horses, and when I saw that picture and instantly thought of why I love horses…they are strong, intelligent, free-spirited, gentle, beautiful, & maybe a little bit wild 😉 I just thought that those traits are something I’d love to have embodied as a main fixture in Emma’s room for her to look up to. The hard part was finding three different pictures that all “went together” and were the right size!! Don’t you worry, I did all the hard work for you and have the links to everything below in case you want to recreate the look.
I love that there are also some personal family touches in the room…Craig’s mom gave us the cute little shelf (we’ve ordered these knobs to put on it as well! They are so cute!) and the star atop the shelf is also from her! The antique framed picture next to it was something my grandmother gave to me for my room when I was a little girl, so I loved that it goes so well with Emma’s room.
Alright so let’s get to the reveal!

Hi Bess, I really like the nursery; it is beautiful.
Do you know the color and type of the paint used for the walls, ceiling, and trim?
Thank you.
Bess says
Hi! Thanks so much. The paint color is in the blog post – Sanddollar by Benjamin Moore I believe. The ceiling and trim are just white trim paint.

Hi Bess,
Seems like you also have a side table between the glider and dresser. Do you have any information about that table or suggestions as ti where can I get a side table for the nursery?
Thank you.
Bess says
Hi there! It’s just a little table I found at HomeGoods! I would check there or places like Target, World Market etc. for little side tables.
