Here’s the Core Burn Workout! Complete 5x through:
- TICK TOCK PLANKS, 20 reps per side
- LEG LIFTS WITH BOOTY RAISE, 15 reps
- X-UPS, 15 reps
- PLANKS WITH ALTERNATING KNEE TAPS, 20 reps per side
- OBLIQUE V-UPS, 20 reps per side
