Today I have a fun little 500 Rep Full Body Challenge Workout for ya! This works pretty much your entire body and all you need is a pair of dumbbells. These are my favorite types of workouts!! Quick, efficient, and effective.

Here’s the 500 Rep Full Body Challenge Workout! Complete 5x through. If you are a beginner, just start with 1-2x through and work your way up!
- SQUAT TO PRESS, 20 reps
- BENT OVER REAR FLY WITH BOOTY KICKBACK, 20 reps per leg
- STATIC LUNGE WITH HAMMER CURL, 20 reps per leg
- STANDING OBLIQUE CRUNCH W/ SHOULDER PRESS, 20 reps per side
- TOE TOUCH CRUNCHES WITH CROSS CHEST PRESS, 20 reps
