In today’s episode I have a Teri Hutcheon, the blogger behind A Foodie Stays Fit! If you don’t already know Teri, first off she is one of the cutest humans possibly on the face of this earth, but she’s also super intelligent, kind, and inviting. I love her openness in today’s episode as she takes us through her winding career path that took a few unexpected turns, shares what it’s like training for the Boston Marathon, and her experience going from heartbreaks to happiness.
Teri shares how her career path led her to some place totally unexpected and why it’s important to never give up on finding the right fit for yourself. She also has great tips for both novice and experienced runners alike, and if you’ve ever gone through a breakup and had your heart broken, you will totally be able to relate to Teri’s experiences and emotions that led her to finding her husband. I hope you all enjoy the episode!

[…] A Foodie Stays Fit’s interview on Bess Carter’s podcast. My friend, Teri Hutcheon, is basically Superwoman! I admire everything she has accomplished, so I really enjoyed hearing more about her story and what she’s been through to get where she is today. Teri is truly an inspiration and has such great advice in this interview. She talks about career, relationships, and how she does it all — she has even run in the Boston Marathon! I learned so much from this podcast, and I’ll definitely be listening to it again just to keep Teri’s great tips front of mind. […]
