I loveeee this cute little ombre hoodie from Onzie. It’s really great for spring but I think the colors make it great into summer for cool evenings paired with beach pants or jean shorts! They also have matching joggers I may need to snag at some point, and the ones I’m wearing are also from Onzie and they might be the softest material ever. Y’all know I am all about the cozy!!
WEEKLY WORKOUT SCHEDULE
Monday: Full Body & Cardio Workout + Arms and Back Blast Workout (3 rounds of each)
Tuesday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice. I like to walk or do a spin class on these days.

Thursday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice. I like to walk or do a spin class on these days.
Friday: Waistline & Booty Workout
Saturday: 45-60 minutes cardio of your choice. I like to walk or do a spin class on these days. I add about 15 extra minutes in just because I feel like I have more time on the weekends for some extra exercise!
Sunday: rest day or a nice easy walk!
