I’ve officially received my first pair of maternity activewear leggings and I have to be honest, the extra bump support is SO GOOD. These are from Ingrid&Isabel and I love the cross panel in the back, it provides a lot of support and is more fitting with the pregnant body than regular leggings! I have some space to grow into too, so that’s nice 🙂
The cardigan is also from there, and its actually a nursing cardigan because it has magnetic closures at the top so you can just drape one side of the cardigan over your front for when you need to nurse and have some privacy! They are hidden magnets though, so you can’t tell at all just by looking at it that it’s a “nursing” cardigan. It’s also super soft and has pockets…yes please!!

Weekly Workout Schedule
Monday: The Legs for Days Workout
Tuesday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice. I like to walk or do a spin class on these days.

Thursday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice. I like to walk or do a spin class on these days.
Friday: 5-Move Abs & Booty Workout
Saturday: 45-60 minutes cardio of your choice. I like to walk or do a spin class on these days. I add about 15 extra minutes in just because I feel like I have more time on the weekends for some extra exercise!
Sunday: rest day or a nice easy walk!
