In today’s episode I wanted to set a little bit of a foundation for the goal of the Strong is She podcast and my experiences and tips on finding “balance”. I am sharing my background about how I’ve worked on time management through the years, especially when it comes to balancing exercise and finding time to workout through all the other things we have going on. I really try to maximize my time and be efficient so I’m sharing how I found my balance and how it has evolved through the years.
I’m also talking about how I balanced a full time job AND my side hustle of my blog, knowing that ultimately my intention was to be able to take my blog full time one day.
Another topic is my approach to nutrition and exercise and finding what works for me. I’m sharing why “diets” don’t work for me and how I manage getting in shape/staying fit with still enjoying my life and the foods that I love.
