Happy Sunday friends! I hope you’ve had a great weekend so far. We have been on quite the tear the last couple weeks with house projects (and by we I mean mostly Craig since I’m not supposed to do anything with sanding or painting) and we are supposed to be getting our new carpets put in tomorrow which will FINALLY mean we can put our home back together. Right now things are just everywhere. It’ll be so worth it though!
I have workouts for you to try this week below, and also wanted to share this little workout look with you, that I turned into an athleisure look by throwing this $25 cardigan on top (I’m truly obsessed with this cardi BTW, have been wearing it like mayyyyybe everyday since I got it). The activewear is from Onzie, which you probably know is a brand I really love. I sized up finally in the leggings to fit the bump (normally a medium) and it fits great, yay! I love how perfect these are for spring 🙂
Also, you may notice below on my cardio days I’ve changed out the word running for walking. I would normally run on those days but at 24 weeks pregnant it is just getting really uncomfortable in my pelvic area to run. I am kind of bummed about it because cardiovascularly I feel fine and my legs feel great still…but it just creates a lot of discomfort in my midsection/pelvis so I think the right thing to do is just walk instead. I don’t want to do damage to my pelvic floor or heaven forbid prolapse or something (yikes). So walking it is! I’ll miss you, running! *cry face emoji*
Also yes, I am V pasty. Sorry for blinding you 😉
WEEKLY WORKOUT SCHEDULE
Monday: Lean Legs Workout
Tuesday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice. I like to walk or do a spin class on these days.

Thursday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice. I like to walk or do a spin class on these days.
Friday: Quick Calorie Torch Workout + Finish with your favorite abs routine!
Saturday: 45-60 minutes cardio of your choice. I like to walk or do a spin class on these days. I add about 15 extra minutes in just because I feel like I have more time on the weekends for some extra exercise!
Sunday: rest day or a nice easy walk!
