Hi loves & happy Wednesday! Today I’m sharing an Abs & Cardio workout that I think you’ll love! This is a great quick workout to do before a long day or even if you’re just on vacay and want a quick little burn. The cardio will keep your heart rate up as you strengthen & lean out those midsection muscles. For a final burner to any workout, if I am wanting just a little bit more, I add 20 jump squats as a finisher. You’ll feel them and believe it or not, they work your core as well to stabilize you!
Here’s the Abs & Cardio Circuit Workout! Complete 3-5x through:
- Russian Twists, 40 Reps Total/20 per side
- Sprinter Crunches, 15 reps per side
- High Knees, 1 minutes
- Up/Down planks, 20 reps
- Skaters, 1 minute
