I love this Varley Activewear set. The material is so soft and stretchy and it really stretches to fit your unique body type. I knew this would be great especially for pregnancy! I sized up in the leggings to a large to fit the bump and it worked great. I love the detailing on the sports bra too, definitely check out the back, it’s so cute. It’s on the higher end for price but if you’re looking for a special splurge if it’s not in your budget, consider this brand because it’s really high quality and would last you a while. Y’all know I love $12 leggings too 😉 But if you’re looking for luxe activewear then this is a great brand.
Weekly Workout Schedule
Monday: Arms & Back Workout + Legs for Days Workout (Do 3 rounds of each instead of 5)
Tuesday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice. I like to run or do a spin class on these days.

Thursday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice. I like to run or do a spin class on these days.
Friday: Full Body & Cardio Circuit
Saturday: 45-60 minutes cardio of your choice. I like to run or do a spin class on these days. I add about 15 extra minutes in just because I feel like I have more time on the weekends for some extra exercise!
Sunday: rest day or a nice easy walk!
