Happy Hump Dayyyyy! It’s Wednesday so you know what that means ladies…a new Workout Wednesday post! Today I’m sharing a new Full Body & Cardio Circuit that is quick, super effective, and will blast some serious calories. Generally speaking, these are my favorite types of workouts because they are short but they really work. I have had to modify my workouts for pregnancy here and there, but prior to getting pregnant they were for sure my go-to’s and I’ll hopefully get back to those fully after babe!
Here’s the Full Body & Cardio Circuit Workout! Complete 3-5x through:
- Alternating Curtsy Lunge to T-Raise, 20 Reps Total/10 per side
- Burpees, 10 reps
- Single Leg Back Lunge with Curl to Shoulder Press, 12 reps per side
- Star Jumps, 15 reps
- Glute Hip Bridge Lifts with Triceps Extensions, 20 reps
