Hi friends! I am so excited to finally share what I have been working on these past few months (and in reality much longer than that)…and give a formal Introduction to the Strong is She podcast! In this little intro mini episode I will just give you a little info to why I created this show, the purpose of the show, and how it all came about.
But basically… I have always wanted to help women feel good about themselves and feel empowered to follow their dreams, whatever they may be. I aim to provide resources to help women in their daily lives whether it be about health & fitness, relationships, entrepreneurship & business, mental health, financial health, pregnancy & motherhood, nutrition, time management, etc. Whatever daily struggles and challenges we all may face, I want women to know that they aren’t alone and I want to give them the tools and belief that they need to accomplish whatever it is that is on their heart. I want them to know that they are STRONG, no matter what area of life! I am excited to learn a ton along the way as well!!
I’ve got a great line up of both guests & topics for ya already, many of which came directly from women like YOU!! I asked my audience about issues that they have on a daily basis and what areas of their life they would like help or resources on…so that’s exactly what I’ve got for ya. And I can’t wait to share. I plan to kick it off with my story and share what works for me and my lifestyle, and then I’m excited to share the stories of real women that are balancing it all and truly defining what it means to be strong. These women are all excellent examples of where following your dreams can get you, and I know each one will serve up amazing takeaways that you can use in your own life. They are relatable, genuine, and inspiring.
