Y’all know I love taking requests from you for workouts so today is another requested one! This arms & back blast workout will absolutely leave your arms feeling EN FUEGO. But in a good way. You might be pretty sore from this a few days later…no need to thank me 😉 Haha, just kidding. But really…you should be sore. If you’re not…up those weights a little!
Here’s the “Arms & Back Blast” Workout! Complete 5x through:
- Hammer Curl to Shoulder Press, 20 reps
- Rear Fly with Booty Kickback, 15 reps per side
- Upper Cuts with Weights, 1 minute
- Up/Down Planks, 20 reps
- Triceps Pushup to Alternating Side Plank, 20 reps (10 per side)
