Hey friends. I’ve got a new workout schedule comin’ up for ya and also a little walking challenge! I keep telling myself I’ll take a break during the day and go out for a walk, even if for 15 minutes, but I’ve still not been doing it. So I’m putting it out there as a little mini-challenge this week for myself, and for you too if you’d like to join in! I’m just challenging myself to walk an extra 15 minutes minimum every day. (Hopefully the weather will cooperate!) If you can do more, great! But let’s just try for 15 minutes in addition to our regular workouts. So you can do it on your lunch break or between meetings or before/after work! If you do it tag me on Instagram so I can see 🙂

I love the 15 minutes goal. At the beginning of the year I decided to try and hit 10,000 steps per day. It’s such an arbitrary number, and it’s tough to hit it out here in Colorado when it’s blizzarding, but I think it’s been helping to just move more in general. And, yeah–totally need those leggings! 🙂

Thanks Lindsay! I can imagine that is tough in the Colorado winters LOL. But yes just moving more in general!!!
