Here’s the Upper Body and Arms workout, complete 5x through!
- Squat with Front Raise, 15 repetitions
- Airplane Arm Circles with Weights in Chair Pose, 30 seconds
- Plank with Row to Triceps Kickback, 12 repetitions per side
- Alternating Bent Over Rear Flyes + Row, 20 repetitions total
- Hammer Curls, 20 repetitions
