Happy Sunday friends! I hope y’all have had a great weekend. Popping in really quickly to share some workouts for the week. ALSO, I wanted to let you know that I plan to start sharing a new workout each Wednesday that you can do anywhere. I try to make my workouts accessible so my goal is to make them ones you can do anywhere with little-to-no-equipment. If you have any special requests, throw them my way!

Tuesday: 30-45 minutes cardio
Wednesday: Abs & Arms Circuit
Thursday: 30-45 minutes cardio
Friday: Full Body Circuit
Saturday: 45-60 minutes cardio
Sunday: Active Rest Day: Take a 30 minute stroll around the neighborhood!
