Merry Christmas, friends! I hope you have a lovely time celebrating the holidays with your loved ones. And let’s be sure to keep the reason for the season in our hearts 🙂
For this week’s workouts, I am just going to take it day by day and see what I’m feeling like doing each day. When you follow a specific schedule each week, like something like the Fitter Program has, it’s nice sometimes to take a break from the structure and just listen to what your body needs from you! So, this week, I just challenge you to be mindful about what your body wants and just give it movement in any way that feels GOOD. That may be a walk, a hike, some yoga or gentle stretching, maybe it’s a throw-down circuit session or a sweaty spin class. Or maybe it’s an extra rest day where you would normally be working out. Feel free to kick on the “Fitness” tab at the top of my menu bar and then click on “workouts” (or just click here) and scroll through all those pages to find some at-home workouts. There are plenty! Whatever it is, just enjoy it. It’s a special week with Christmas and at the end of the year, so just be present and mindful & enjoy each moment.
